For several days i have not been able to connect to pnc bank to have my accounts updated in quicken. It says it connects and there's nothing to download but i know that is wrong. Been on phone and at computer all morning and afternoon trying to get pnc direct connect working again. When i try to link the accounts, the correct accounts are identified by pnc, but quicken won't let me link two. I have been using pnc bank's direct connect method to a) download. I am unable to connect 3 out of 4 accounts with pnc direct, even though i have the pin sent to me from pnc. When i sync quicken does not show any errors. I recently switched my pnc accounts from web connect to direct connect.
